Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and optimizes manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost in an aluminum die casting environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (die casting or machining preferred)
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, process control, and continuous improvement tools
- Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Effective communicator and team player with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
