Requirements
- Create and execute manufacturing and tooling project plans
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of molding processes to optimize designs for manufacturability and efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and support to design and manufacturing teams
- Collaborate closely with customers during project development
- Foster strong customer relationships
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices
- Provide senior management with the necessary metrics and reports for future planning
- Demonstrate leadership and positively influence others to achieve results
