Job Description
Pace Transportation Services is seeking an Experienced Trailer Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on trailers and related equipment. This role involves welding, fabrication, repair, and preventative maintenance, along with mentoring and quality control. The company offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Evaluate and diagnose mechanical & electrical problems.
- Welding & fabrication of repairs.
- Examine parts for damage or excessive wear.
- Repair or replace damaged or worn heavy-duty parts.
- Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and tools.
- Test equipment after repair or assembly.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
