Development Manager

Paces is building the development engine for renewable infrastructure and power projects. We are looking for a Development Manager to join our Solutions and Development team, reporting directly to the Head of Development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of exceptional experience in renewable energy development, data center infrastructure, or power project development.
• Proven track record of moving projects from siting through NTP: negotiating land agreements, driving interconnection applications, navigating permitting, and modeling project economics.
• Comfort with GIS, data analysis, AI coding tools, and utility planning portals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across C-suite customers, utilities, offtakers, and internal technical teams simultaneously.
