Job Description
Paces is looking for a Head of Marketing to drive pipeline and drive the marketing function to the next stage of growth. The successful candidate will optimize and scale established channels, manage a team of two, and develop a high-output function that punches above its weight.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Experience in a demand gen or growth-focused role at a high-growth SaaS or AI company
- AI obsessed; vibe coding must be part of your workflow
- Proven track record owning pipeline metrics and tying marketing activity to revenue outcomes
- Strong communicator with experience shaping brand voice and messaging across channels
- Moves fast and experiments; discards what does not work and doubles down on what does
- Skilled at balancing channel optimization with building for long-term scale
