Job Description
Pacific Coast Jet is seeking a highly motivated Flight Coordinator to support 24/7 operations, including domestic and international flights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves coordinating all flight-related logistics, ensuring adequate runway and flight times, and providing customer service. A team player with strong organizational skills is required.
Requirements
- Coordinate flight crew in all domestic and international flights
- Arrange FBO services, aircraft handling, crew transportation, hotels, and other amenities
- Obtain required authorizations (fuel releases, permits, etc.)
- Administer fuel discount programs
- Monitor crew flight and rest times
- Crew scheduling
- Entry into crew trip reports
- Interface with sales and key accounts
- Flight following for ground transportation
- Crew dispatching
- On-call availability (weekdays/weekends)
