Electronic Service Representative

We are expanding our Electronic Service Representative (ESR) team! Our ESRs typical work week is 4 days; designed to support work-life balance. We believe in the kind of service that can only be provided by people, where every single person is a member — not a number.

Requirements

• 6 months-1 year of financial services or related experience preferred.
• A cooperative, positive attitude toward members and fellow employees using sound interpersonal skills.
• 1-2 years of exceptional customer service experience preferred.
• A desire to continue learning throughout life is a must.
• Proven attention to detail
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Excellent technical skills
• Motivated to learn and grow within the position and credit union
• Problem-solving skills
