The Senior Planner will manage the EPC Contractor on behalf of the Company to ensure that all project activities are planned, scheduled, and executed in alignment with the Company's objectives and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and management, involving EPC contractors, controls with heavy budgeting, cost forecasting, change management, cost estimating, scheduling and risk management experience.
- 15+ years of project experience in major capital projects in the oil and gas industry, LNG project experience a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, PRISM, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
- Experience working with large multi-disciplinary teams and contractors in a multicultural environment is an asset.
- Communication/interpersonal skills – interacting with front-line workers through to management and all hierarchical levels.
- Accepts responsibility and demonstrates a commitment to the delivery of tasks and targets.

Benefits
- Salary range: CAD 140,000 - 160,000 /yr
