Job Description
This job is represented by Engineers and Scientists of California (ESC), subject to collective bargaining. An Electric Field Engineer contributes technical and engineering services to key office and field personnel on construction jobs. The position will work in both the field and office capacities, with occasional storm duty or storm response required. Travel within PG&E's service territory at any time, with little notice, may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management OR 2 years of experience and supplemental education* / EIT
- Valid California Driver's License or ability to obtain one by first day of employment
- Ability to work flexible schedules, extended hours, nights, weekends, and/or overtime (scheduled or ad hoc)
