As a Senior Annuity Marketing Strategist, you'll drive the Consumer Markets Division's growth and long-term success by developing and executing annuity marketing campaigns that support our advisory business. This hybrid role combines strategy development and campaign execution with relationship management for the advisory channel.
Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in product marketing and sales within financial services; experience with annuities is required; advisory annuities preferred.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, tailoring messages to effectively engage executives, peers, cross-functional partners, and team members.
- Development of integrated marketing plans that build awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Knowledge of marketing technologies such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation platforms, sales enablement tools, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Communicate effectively, manage time well, and pay close attention to detail while handling multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
- Collaborate across teams and demonstrate leadership to build strong working relationships.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting timelines.
