Job Description
Pacific Life is looking for a Sr Integrations Engineer to join their Workforce Benefits Division team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining modern integrations and APIs to connect various systems across the workforce benefits ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in integration engineering or API development using any enterprise integration platform (iPaaS) or custom middleware framework
- Experience connecting enterprise systems using APIs, messaging, ETL, streaming, or hybrid cloud integration models
- Ability to analyze complex systems and build clean, maintainable integration workflows
- Strong collaboration mindset — able to work with product owners, analysts, architects, and business partners in an Agile environment
- Experience working in Agile development environments and using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
