Job Description
Pacific Life is seeking a sales professional to support the growth of Broker Distribution within the Workforce Benefits organization. The role will involve building relationships, developing strategies, and driving growth toward sales goals within the Broker Distribution Channel. The ideal candidate will be based in North Florida and will work 100% remotely.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace
- College degree with concentration in business management, finance, or risk management or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among business and financial issues
- Ability to respectfully and confidently collaborate and easily communicate with various stakeholders
