Job Description
Pacific Links International is seeking a Part Time Call Center Reservations Agent who is fluent in Mandarin and English to provide premium golf experience to clients through phone calls, making, changing, or inquiring about golf course reservations, and providing general information about golf courses and facilities worldwide.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Previous experience with VIP or concierge services or making travel arrangements (preferred)
