Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Architect to lead architectural projects from concept to completion, with responsibilities including leading design and planning, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with design intent and building codes.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of supervised professional experience under a registered architect
- BoAPNG accreditation or similar certification
- Experience with large scale or high-profile projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in REVIT
- Extensive knowledge of contemporary construction practices and material and assembly techniques
- Good knowledge of structural, electrical, hydraulic, fire and mechanical engineering as related to buildings
- Demonstrate knowledge of applicable codes and standards regulating the design and construction of buildings
