Patient Collections Specialist (on-site)

Pacific Medical, Inc. is seeking a Patient Collections Specialist to join their team in Tracy, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting patients/guarantors to secure payment for services provided, following up on credit card payments, and updating patient demographics information. Requirements

• Must excel in interpersonal communication, customer service and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must excel in organizational skills.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must type 25-45 words per minute.
