Seeking a customer-centric and reliable Inside Sales Associate to join the Pacific Plumbing Supply team in Anchorage, AK. Celebrating over 75 years of continued service, Pacific Plumbing Supply is a progressive, employee driven, family owned and family friendly business.

Requirements

• One to three years of sales experience preferred
• Prior knowledge of plumbing products and supplies is a must
• Professional and upbeat demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity using a multi-line telephone system, good working knowledge of MS Suite and a general understanding of working within a computer network
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Ability to be responsive to customer needs and follow through on sales and other items in your area of responsibility
• Effective organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and well as while being part of a GREAT TEAM!
• Ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines
• Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
