Job Description
Our client is looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist/Programmer with strong Esprit CAM experience. This role involves programming, setup, and running both prototype and production parts while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CNC lathe setup and programming (prototype and/or production)
- Proficiency with Esprit CAM (or similar software, willing to train on Esprit)
- Strong understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds, and process optimization
- Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
- Experience with aerospace or tight-tolerance machining preferred
