Job Description
No previous powder coating experience is required — the company provides hands-on training to help you build valuable manufacturing skills. You’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality and continuous improvement are key priorities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
- Basic shop math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with decimals)
- Ability to read and follow production instructions or blueprints
- National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) is a plus but not required
