Room Attendant, Full-Time

Room Attendant responsible for cleaning rooms, hallways, and other areas to Company standards. Maintain a friendly demeanor, communicate effectively, and provide personalized service to hotel guests.

Requirements

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
• Clean guest rooms to Company standards
• Follow Company policy for room amenities
• Maintain complete security of master room
• Report any maintenance items that need immediate attention
• Assist with laundry as needed
• Report any missing/found articles or damage to the Executive Housekeeper
• Provide assistance to other team members and departments
