Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accountant to join our San Juan Capistrano team in a multifaceted role supporting accounting, financial administration, payroll and people support, and general operational coordination.
Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, principals, privately held businesses, investment platforms, or closely held entities strongly preferred
- Experience with Sage Intacct and/or BILL.com is a plus
- CPA or CPA candidate is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and financial schedules
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive financial information
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in our San Juan Capistrano office
