Customer Support Representative

Role Overview

Join PacificSource and help our members access quality, affordable care! Provide excellent customer service primarily by telephone to all PacificSource customers.

What You Will Do

Assist customers with coverage/claims related questions, accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions, and conduct research for prompt resolution of disputed claims.

• One-year medical insurance, other healthcare related field, call center or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of insurance and medical terminology, coding and standard medical billing practices
• Proficient computer skills, typing, and 10-key
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
