Job Description
PacificSource is seeking a Director of Risk Adjustment to lead enterprise-wide risk adjustment programs across all lines of business, ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant Risk Adjustment data reporting to CMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk adjustment strategies, team management, and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- At least 3 years directly related to risk adjustment
- 3 years of team management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advance degree preferred
