PACE Personal Care Attendant

PacificSource PACE LLC is looking for a PACE Personal Care Attendant to join their team. As a Personal Care Attendant, applicants will have the opportunity to play an active, mission-driven role focused on improving the health and quality of life for older adults participating in the PACE Program. The role is essential in supporting participants in the PACE program by providing personal care and activities to enhance their quality of life while promoting independence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• A Food Handler's Card or applicable sanitation certification required at the time of hire or within 30 days of hire
• Valid Oregon Driver's License required
