Job Description
ACE Controls is seeking an Automation Field Technician to join their team in Humble, TX. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in commissioning control systems, wiring control panels, and working with industrial automation components.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in commissioning control systems, wiring control panels, and working with industrial automation components
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various environments
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment for installation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and related automation technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
