Job Description
PACIV is looking for an Automation Technical Lead to support the design, implementation, and optimization of automation systems in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in automation, BMS, or utilities systems
- Hands-on experience with BMS/automation platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell)
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HVAC and utility systems
- Experience supporting commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
