Job Description
As a General Laborer at Packaging Corporation of America (PCA), you will work as part of a team to support a manufacturing operation, increasing productivity, decreasing downtime and waste. You will be responsible for assisting all jobs on the plant floor, following company safety rules, and maintaining shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must be willing to work the second and third shift
- Must have a good attendance record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment
