Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator at Packaging Corporation of America (PCA), you will perform various manufacturing tasks, conduct quality checks, and lead a machine crew. You will also be responsible for problem-solving and completing reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong safety background and good attendance record
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to work every shift, including overtime and weekends
• Strong mechanical aptitude and good communication skills
• Previous experience operating corrugated printing equipment (preferred)
• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment (preferred)
