Job Description
As a Fortune 500 company, Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on all plant equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge and experience with repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC systems and industrial equipment
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must have own basic tools (PCA will provide specialized tools and an annual tool allowance)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Benefits
- Pay Range from $37.83 - $43.30 based on skills and experience
- Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics
- Paid Vacation: One week per calendar year for new hires
- Paid Holidays
- 1.5 pay over 8 hours, over 40 hours and weekends
- 1.5 pay on holidays, plus additional overtime over 8 hours on holidays
