Marketing Analyst

As a Marketing Analyst, this role supports two functional areas in the Sales & Marketing Services Department: Strategic Insights and Sales Compensation, Reporting & Marketing Systems. The candidate will run queries, update and develop reports, support sales compensation processes, and assist in systems support. The job requires strong analytical and math skills, taking initiative, and independent judgment.

Requirements

• Equivalent of a Bachelors degree required; Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or Economics preferred.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Advanced Excel Skills
• High level of competence in PowerPoint, Word
• Ability and willingness to learn new software in a short turnaround time is a must.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, Customer Voice, and Power BI a plus.
