Plant Optimization Engineer (Burley, ID)

We are seeking a recent engineering graduate for a 2-year rotational training program as a Plant Optimization Engineer. The POE program provides hands-on technical training and development into a well-rounded employee and future leader at PCA.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering
• 0-2 years previous engineering experience
• Ability to work first, second, or third shift
• Must be self-driven and passionate about working in a hands-on, manufacturing environment
• Must be able to travel as necessary
