Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering
• Provide process optimization and engineering support for the mill
• Develop and maintain methods for tracking and reducing operational costs
• Ensure that mill rules are enforced and that company policies are followed
• Schedule and supervise mill and contract employees as required
• Conducts data analysis projects and uses data to make business decisions
