Production Manager

Production Manager responsible for all production operations at a plant, including manufacturing, shipping, scheduling, and maintenance. Leads a production team to efficient and safe production of corrugated products, evaluates opportunities to improve plant performance and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
• 10 years' experience in corrugated manufacturing industry
• 7 years' experience in supervisory capacity at a corrugated manufacturing facility
• Established knowledge of corrugated and packaging manufacturing machinery, concepts, practices, and procedures
• Previous experience in coaching, training, teambuilding, performance development, and conflict resolution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and mathematical skills
