SALES REP

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Sales Representative to achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in outside sales and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in outside sales
• Valid Drivers License
• Good driving record for the last 3 years
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Ability to manage time well
• Committed to individual and team's success
• Ability to use independent judgment in negotiating sales agreements
