Sr. Customer Service Representative

The Senior Customer Service Representative provides superior service to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing orders. The role involves handling large and complicated customer accounts, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining organized customer files.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Experience handling customer orders on an order entry system
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
