Job Description
General Laborer/Helper responsible for efficiency, quality, safety, cleanliness, and production of equipment to meet customer requirements. Assists operator with operation of folder/gluer and supports continuous safety and improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and communicate with others
- Ability to train other crew members
- Ability to interpret documents and execute as needed
- Ability to multi-task, trouble shoot, problem solve, and utilize critical thinking
- Ability to review, interpret, and understand content of job jackets specific to customer orders
- Ability to complete all orders/assignments in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to achieve production and efficiency goals
- Ability to ensure quality of production that meets all aspects of specific customer requirements with regular inspections
