Senior Production Operative

Pact Coffee is a purpose-driven brand committed to making real change in the coffee industry. We are looking for a Senior Production Operative to help sustain and grow an operation of excellence.

Requirements

• Leading by example and showing the speed and quality we expect from all operatives
• Be well-rounded in all areas of the operation in case you need to be moved to help cover
• Bringing any issues to the attention of Production Supervisor or Production Manager
• Problem solving if the Supervisor or Manager is not around
• Understand how to close and open the building if needed
• Strong people skills, ability to motivate and complete the task in hand with your team
• Support the completion of deadlines
• Work to deadlines, enthusiastic and used to a fast paced environment
