PadCare is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its brand and content marketing efforts. The role will be responsible for executing and orchestrating PadCare's brand marketing engine, owning brand, content, and inbound visibility, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the company's seriousness, rigor, and impact. The role will also work closely with the Growth team to ensure brand work creates inbound interest that can be converted into pipeline.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
- SaaS, climate-tech, sustainability, manufacturing, or enterprise B2B experience preferred
- Hands-on track record of running content calendars and social channels for B2B brands
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors
- Strong written English
- Comfort with B2B audiences: CHROs, ESG heads, sustainability officers, facility heads, admin heads
