As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inbound leads, qualifying intent, and building prospect lists for outbound campaigns. You will work with the GTM team to ensure a clean and ICP-matched list is available for cold campaigns, and ensure no inbound lead falls through the cracks. You will also maintain HubSpot pipeline hygiene and send weekly reports on inbound funnel performance.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of B2B SDR, inside sales, or sales development experience
- Comfortable on the phone
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and Apollo (or similar prospecting tool)
- Strong written communication for follow-up emails and CRM notes
- Commercially minded
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and qualify better
- Detail-oriented enough to manage 50+ active leads and multiple list builds
