Onboarding Risk Analyst

Paddle offers a completely different approach to payment infrastructure for SaaS companies, with a Merchant of Record model that takes away the pain of payment fragmentation. The Onboarding Risk Analyst will report to the Risk Team Lead and support the execution of Paddle's Risk Strategy, reviewing supplier applications and alerts generated by our onboarding solution, and investigating through internal solutions and open source resources.

Requirements

• 1-3 years Onboarding/Underwriting experience
• 1-3 years experience working in Merchant Acquiring, E-Commerce, SaaS or a similar role at a FinTech
• Prior experience conducting PEPs and sanctions screening reviews
• Prior experience conducting KYC & KYB reviews
• Familiarity with the specific risks associated with SaaS and Generative AI
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
• Comfortable making decisions and supporting decisions
• Strong data analysis and investigative skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, sensitively, and effectively with suppliers
