Risk Operations Analyst

Role Overview

Risk Operations is responsible for managing the risk relationships spanning across global payment method, card, and financial partners. As a Risk Operations Analyst, you'll work to ensure our policies, operations, and workflows align to the needs of our financial partners.

What You Will Do

You'll be accountable for workflows impacting a variety of cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to identify and assess regulatory, contractual, and partner risk. You'll influence and advise operational teams in building out scalable operational processes to ensure compliance with service level agreements, routine reporting, and overall risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or operations in a fast-moving environment
• Experience scaling operational processes and driving quantifiable improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally on complex problems
• Ability to use data to quantify problems, tell a story, and influence a solution
• The ability and desire to challenge the status quo
• Creative thinker who considers problems from a customer perspective while being pragmatic and solutions-oriented when solving them
• Experience analyzing feedback patterns and using those insights to drive process and tooling improvements
• You have a lot of ownership, are accountable, and drive towards ambitious goals.
