Job Description
Paddle is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their team and drive business growth through understanding, nurturing, and innovating within their Seller Dashboard. The role involves delivering an ambitious roadmap, working with internal and external stakeholders, and building a world-class product team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Deep knowledge or experience with SaaS Dashboards, Onboarding journeys, and AI experiences
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or fintech environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
