Job Description
Analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong knowledge of government systems integration, ensuring robust data interoperability for grant management and financial reporting workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years in Salesforce architecture and development roles
- 2+ years experience with government system integrations
- Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns
- Strong experience with API design, web services, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in integration technologies (MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, middleware)
- Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes
