Job Description
The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a Senior Java and Database Developer to work on their Child Welfare technical team in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software applications, ensuring seamless integration with various database systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Java and modern technologies
- Strong database knowledge
- Experience with Java (Java 17+), Node 16+, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, Spring Framework, Microservices Architecture, Java Server Pages, Database Management, RESTful Web Services, Testing, Version Control, Build Tools, CI/CD, Frontend Integration, Security & Identity Management, KeyCloak Integration, Scripting Languages, Cloud-based databases
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus
