Building/Facility Maintenance Technician

The Facility Maintenance Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of PADNOS facilities. The primary responsibility is to maintain and repair facilities equipment and assets, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Plumbing or carpentry certification a plus
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Basic welding/pipe filing experience required
• 1-2 years of basic carpentry experience required
• Experience using precision and measuring tools
• Experience operating general construction equipment
• Valid Driver's license
