Job Description
Millwright II responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment to support efficient operations and minimize downtime. Advanced mechanical and electrical knowledge required. Works independently and as part of a team, trains and mentors other Millwrights, and collaborates with engineering, operations support, and product development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of machine repair experience
- Valid chauffeur's license and DOT medical card
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and basic control systems
- Experience with fabrication and field fitting of components
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, ARC, air arcing)
- Ability to interpret engineered drawings and develop maintenance procedures and documentation
- Experience with maintenance planning or work order systems
- Safety certifications including LOTO and hot work authorization (PAI)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in outdoor, industrial, and elevated environments
