Job Description
PadSplit is seeking a tenacious, optimistic problem-solver to join their Sales team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will connect new partners to the PadSplit platform and help unlock more affordable housing opportunities across the country.
Requirements
- 2+ years in consultative B2B inside sales
- Proficiency in phone, email, and text-based prospecting and outreach
- CRM proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Strong ability to engage, educate, and influence small to mid-market clients
- Confident speaking and presenting over video
