Job Description
Provides and directs fast, efficient Advanced Life Support to the ill and injured. Recognizes and understands medical emergencies, performs critical physical examinations, and understands pharmacological treatment of critically ill and injured patients.
Requirements
- Paramedic Licensure
- CPR for the Health Care Provider
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Good knowledge of the street systems, addresses and physical layout of the area, and of the rescue equipment and the emergency medical equipment used in Advanced Life Support.
