PARAMEDIC - Part Time

Paramedic provides Advanced Life Support to the ill and injured, recognizes medical emergencies, and directs first responders. Responsible for managing patient care, communicating with physicians, and transporting patients to medical facilities. Must possess paramedic licensure, CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Requirements

• Paramedic licensure
• CPR for the Health Care Provider
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Good knowledge of street systems, addresses, and physical layout of the area
• Good ability to perform technical medical skills, understand emotional and medical needs of victims, and maintain a professional approach to patient care
