Job Description
Pagaya is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to join its growing Strategic Finance team. The role involves owning the FP&A ecosystem, building integrated financial forecasts, and driving executive insight. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Business and the Senior Director, Head of Strategic Finance, and will work directly with leaders across Pagaya’s growing operating segments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant Strategic Finance or FP&A experience
- Expert-level proficiency in building and maintaining complex, driver-based 3-statement models
- Direct experience implementing and/or managing FP&A systems (specifically Pigment)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to 'tell the story' behind the numbers
- A track record of working cross-functionally across Sales, Ops, and Product teams to translate real-world business changes into financial impact
- High technical aptitude with a 'builder' mindset
