Software Architect, Core Banking Integrations

Pagaya is hiring a Software Architect, Core Banking Integrations to design and build an In-House Integration Engine that integrates into real-world bank environments. The successful candidate will work across servicing, accounting, and data systems to turn fragmented, partner-specific builds into scalable infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in lending (Personal Loans) working directly with (or integrating into) FIS ALS, Fiserv, or Hogan, large bank systems
• Expert knowledge of ETL patterns, API Gateway design, and Message Queuing
• Lending Domain Mastery: understanding of Servicing for Others (SFO), Investor Reporting, and General Ledger movement
